Following in the footsteps of his High School Musical costar Ashley Tisdale, Zac Efron has just inked a deal for his own production company! The deal states that Warner Bros. will purchase pitches, spec scripts, and books for Zac's still-unnamed company to develop into films, in which he will star. The actor is the youngest person to develop such a deal with Warner Bros.
Not a bad deal at all!
