Vanessa Hudgens was seen going into a medical building and then continuing her day yesterday afternoon (March 23). But the poor girl made two mistakes: wearing her dress inside out and leaving a bandaid dangling off her leg!! Luckily people like Lindsay Lohan make even bigger fools of themselves, so it's all good!
