I have always felt like being a Christian meant being boring and not having any fun because you have so many rules. I also felt like I would have to give up some of the things I love because they may not be very "Christian of me" to enjoy. Not true. I am reading a book called "More Jesus, Less Religion." He talks about not changing your personality and giving up the things that make you who are. An artist who doesn't produce any art, is no longer an artist. I have always loved playing dress up and flipping through magazines to check out the latest trends. I was starting to feel like I would have to give that up. Then I realized, that's part of who I am and God is not asking me to give that up. Fashion Design is a passion of mine and a talent God wants me to use, not smother it to death.
So I decided to rejoice in this and do a little fall fashion shoot.
