A tell-tale sign of professionalism.
Last night (September 29), Miley Cyrus apparently felt sick and darted off stage during a Salt Lake City concert show after performing "7 Things". Following an announcement from her manager who explained the situation, Miley came back on stage and finished the concert set.
Well, if it wasn't serious enough to keep her from finishing the show, we'd say she's probably feeling much better!
