Apparently, Miley Cyrus spent $70 on steak and macaroni and cheese at an Outback Steakhouse, paid with one of several $100 bills she had in an envelope, and kept the change. She didn't leave a single penny for the staff.
Her excuse? "She didn't know she was supposed to tip unless she was eating inside," according to her rep. She honestly didn't know? Either she's incredibly dumb or she couldn't think of a better excuse. Frankly, neither would surprise us.
