Miley Cyrus' stalker, 53-year-old Mark McLeod, has been set free!
Despite being arrested twice for stalking the actress in Tybee Island, Georgia while she was filming The Last Song, the Chatham County State Court has determined that there is not enough evidence to convict McLeod of the crime.
Yikes! Hopefully Miley's watching her back!
