Miley Cyrus is officially free from a $4 billion lawsuit stemming from her appearing in allegedly racist photographs. Lucie Kim filed the lawsuit against the Disney, claiming that "every time [Cyrus] sells herself she engages in a business transaction," so natch, Miley should face the same consequences a business would if they were to discriminate against a race."
That's about the worst argument we've ever heard. Luckily, the judge agreed and threw out the case.
