More Disney stars have joined forces to help aid the country of Haiti after the devastating earthquake that hit this week, followed by several aftershocks. Zac Efron, the Jonas Brothers, Selena Gomez, Vanessa Hudgens, and Ashley Tisdale are among the names lending a helping hand to the relief effort.
