The new issue of Star has a source "close" to Miley Cyrus claiming that the 17-year-old Disney star is "intent" on getting breast implants and is even pushing her parents to sign consent forms, since she is still under 18. She's looking to go the same siz as Holly Madison, former girlfriend of Hugh Hefner!
