I wanted to try out something new this Christmas - baking, so I started with something easy using Betty Crocker's Sugar Cookie mix.

| All you need is margarine and 1 egg, then mix. |

| Instead of regular circular cookies, I wanted to test out the cookie cutters |

| I used icing sugar and food colouring for the icing |

| and a few other little decorations on top |
They were so simple and so very delicious. If you're like me, and have a fear of failure, try out a premade mix so you don't get discouraged on your first try. Hope everyone is enjoying a wonderful holidays filled with yummy cookies!
