I'm working a new theory; If it don't feel good, get rid of it.
I hate having those days wear I look down and really wish I didn't put on those pants or that top. Sometimes I feel like the less I have, the easier things would be. I would just have the pieces I love and getting dressed would be a breeze.
Friends, meet my purging pile...it's growing.

I tend to spend money frivolously on thrift store items or sales items, but is it really a deal if you never even wear it? I think not. I'm overhauling my closet and getting rid of sad unused items and making room for some long lasting but fun pieces. I've done a quick inventory of my closet so I can see what I need vs. want next time I go shopping. I think as I am discovering more of who I am and what I want my style to portray I will make smarter choices when I sift through the sale racks and only buy items that will fit with the rest of my wardrobe.

Those boots have seen better days. Goodbye boots, it's been fun.
