High School Musical 3: Senior Year was originally supposed to begin filming April 21 but was then pushed back two days until April 23. Now, there are reports that the sequel is being pushed back again to May 3.The film's October 24 release date, however, remains unchanged. No reason was given for the filming dates being pushed back but it likely has something to do with the fact that Zac Efron only would have only had nine days of dance rehearsals.
