Quote Of The Day

Grand Opening Of Upstairs Boutique On July 30, 2009 In West Hollywood

"ATTENTION: I am an actor and performer. I have been so since my first role in a television pilot at five years old. I played a character when I was a Cheetah Girl. I am playing a character in the music video for the song Spectacular, as I did in the Cheetah Girl movies. Young women across the country get intoxicated and have unprotected sex. That's a fact. I recorded the song to bring attention to this frighteningly prevalent activity. It is absurd to infer or suggest that I am condoning this behavior.

Are Lady Gaga and Beyonce advocating murder with the Telephone video? Of, course not. Was Rihanna encouraging suicide with Russian Roulette? No. Was Madonna suggesting that young unmarried girls get pregnant with Papa Dont Preach? I dont think so. Is Academy Award winner Monique a proponent of incest because of her portrayal of Mary in the movie Precious. Clearly, the answer is no.

I wrote Spectacular and made the video to bring attention to a serious womens health and safety issue. Please dont shoot the messenger."

Oh Jeeze, People Still Care About Her?

Grand Opening Of Upstairs Boutique On July 30, 2009 In West Hollywood

Former Cheetah Girl Kiely Williams was somehow the subject of an interview with Life & Style. Apparently, she and former "Even Stevens" star and current hit film star, Shia LeBeouf, had a relationship. "He doesn’t mention it. He got dumped," the 23-year-old admits.

A likely story. He probably kicked her can to the curb!

Unfortunately, she continues. "We’re still friends. We have the same best friend, so it’s hard to avoid each other." That's nice; so you're only friends because you have to be?

These days, Kiely has a non-famous boyfriend. On dating other celebrities, she says, "It’s hard to see how two artists who are building their careers can really date. They’re going to be constantly hogging the spotlight."

What spotlight?! You're career is over!

Cheetah Girls Really Are Over

The Cheetah Girls launch the Disney Channel New Season

Adrienne Bailon
has confirmed the Cheetah Girls split at the Sundance Film Festival to Just Jared Junior.
I think that the brand has now come to an end. But like everything - High School Musical will no longer be. Same thing. We had a great run. But I think Disney - it was a platform for us to continue the dreams and they want to spread the same Cheetah Girl message to carry with us, which is Girl empowerment. Every project that the three of us do will always incorporate that. We’ll be friends forever. We’ve always connected in a way - like the first time I ever had a Barbie was a Sabrina and Kiely doll. I will never forget that. It was a great experience and I’m really, really happy I was a part of it.
We'll miss you Cheetah Sisters!

Well... sort of.

Corbin Gives Back

Christmas Eve At The Los Angeles Mission
The very charitable Corbin Bleu spent his Christmas Eve volunteering at the Los Angeles Mission, as did other celebs. They served lunch to the homeless, which is totally selfless and thoughtful. Seems like he and Zac Efron have the erge to give back this holiday season.

Adrienne Bailon Dishes on a Fourth Cheetah Girls Movie, Selena Gomez, and Her Upcoming Reality Show

Premiere Of Sony Pictures'

Although they tried to convince us otherwise, the Cheetah Girls never decided to split up until Adrienne Bailon's semi-nude photos leaked.

Kiely Williams said that the girls "always knew that this tour would probably be our last. We were excited about going out on a high note, it’s sad that this negative attention [Adrienne's pictures] put a damper on that."

So basically, she's saying that the girls had planned all along to go their separate ways. Well, this isn't true!

The day before the photos were leaked, Adrienne said "We’re keeping our fingers crossed for a fourth Disney movie-maybe the Cheetah Girls go to Carnival!" So unless there was some confusion on Adrienne of Kiely's part, the nude photos were the cause of the girls splitting up. Too bad!

At least Adrienne has some things lined up. "Amazing projects with MTV that are pretty definite. Most likely, I will be moving to New York City to work on my own MTV show, which I am so excited about!" she gushes.

She also comments on fellow Disney star and Latina Selena Gomez. Well sort of... When the topic comes up, she says "I was the first Latina to ever be on the Disney Channel. It was also great to be the first Latina to host Hispanic Heritage Month on The Disney Channel."

For what it's worth, we like Selena better! She doesn't have nude photos!

Would YOU watch a Cheetah Girls 4? We think the series lost its magic after Raven left.

Are the Cheetah Girls Over?

MTV TRL Presents MTB, Shwayze And The Cheetah Girls
In every Cheetah Girls movie, the girl group breaks up. But is that now a reality? Are they really over?
It appears to be true. And you can probably guess what the reason behind that is. You guessed it! Adrienne Bailon's racy photos!

Kiely Williams spoke to It Touch weekly and said that the Cheetah Girls One World tour will be the girls' last. "We always knew that this tour would probably be our last. We were excited about going out on a high note, it’s sad that this negative attention [Adrienne's pictures] put a damper on that."

On top of those photos, each girl is also seeking out individual careers in movies and music. And The Cheetah Girls One World did not generate enough interest to merit neither a fourth film nor a reason for the group to stay together

This is too bad for all the Cheetah Girls fans! We feel for you!

News on Adrienne Bailon

The Cheetah Girls launch the Disney Channel New Season

Adrienne Bailon
may have apologized for those scandalous pictures that leaked online, but the drama is over.

Get this: she PURPOSELY leaked the pictures! She hoped to release herself of her Disney image. Unlike Vanessa Hudgens, the photos were not only for the enjoyment of a boyfriend.

How selfish can Adrienne be? What about the millions of fans who she let down? What about Kiely Williams and Sabrina Bryan! They're in the group too! If one cheetah falls, the whole group falls. Adrienne's actions could very well end the careers of her fellow band members.

Not only that, but she has been dropped from the Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade! The Cheetah Girls were scheduled to perform, but organizers thought it best to not include her in a family-oriented event.

AND she's reportedly in negotiations to do a Playboy spread! She has to be kidding!

For her sake, this better help her career!

Adrienne Bailon Apologizes for Photos

Adrienne Bailon is apologizing for those naughty photos that were leaked this weekend. Her publicist has issused this statement:

The photos that have surfaced of Adrienne Bailon were stolen from her laptop over a week ago at an airport in NY and sent to several media organizations. These photos were taken in private and were intended only for Adrienne’s boyfriend, Robert Kardashian. Adrienne will be pursuing legal action against the person or person’s sending these private photos out.

Adrienne is deeply sorry for any pain this may have caused to her fans.

We refuse to post the photos on our site, but we will give you more story details. Her laptop was stole in JFK airport and her record label received an anonymous phone call later that day from a man who would return the laptop for $1000. The payment was made but several of the photos, which were taken as an anniversary gift for boyfriend Robert Kardashian, were missing.

Yikes! Maybe she should be more careful!

Take Away Raven and What Happens?

The Cheetah Girls One World debuted this past Friday to 6.2 million viewers. This is good for cable but it is the lowest premiere for a Disney Channel Original Movie since Johnny Kapahala Back on Board in June 2007.

And, not surprisingly, the Cheetah Girls' third film is the one that did the poorest in ratings. The first film earned 6.5 million and the second earned 8.1 million (notably topping High School Musical!).

Some fans blame the fact that the film took place in India for the lack of viewers. Others say that fewer people were interested since Raven was gone. Us? We agree with the latter.

Anyway, we know we promised you a review, and you'll get one soon! These past few days have been very hectic for us and we're trying to get everything straight. We'll be back to posting regularly in a matter of days!

Thanks for being patient?

And, by the way, what do YOU think was the reason for One World getting such low ratings?

We Missed One World!

Unfortunately, last night we were not able to see The Cheetah Girls One World so we have no review to offer you.

We instead went out to see The House Bunny - which was so funny, we definitely recomend it!

We will be watching the film tonight, however.

And we wanted to tell you how many viewers tuned in for the premiere of the film, but the numbers haven't been released yet. We'll let you know those as soon as we find them!

  1. At age 27, Monique Coleman is the oldest of the ten main High School Musical actors.

  8. Extras on set of the films, Monique is closer to the lesser-known actors like Corbin Bleu and Kaycee Stroh, instead of others like Tisdale and Hudgens.
